Security Deposit and Vacate Problems
Late Payment Fee Problem
First Problem was WDC Properties / Eko Living tried to force us to sign a lease agreement with a $585 late rent payment fee.

Vacate Problems
I met someone from WDC Properties for a vacate inspection. She said that it was the cleanest place she’s seen and that they’ll be able to put it up for rent quickly. I have a recording of her saying positive things.
We were then charged for touch up paint and rug cleaning. I contacted them on the phne and tiold them they can;t charge for those items and they responded woth sayng that I should hire an attorney. I then tried to conatct Natasha via phone and email. She would not respond to me. Here is an emailthat I sent:

Please see attached disposition document. It also include a sentence:
Landlord may not claim any portion of the Security Deposit for routine maintenance; for ordinary wear and tear;
We left that house very clean which probably saved you money in normal routine cleaning. Why are we being charged for normal wear and tear for carpet cleaning? I also asked for touch up paint but Brad texted the following:
We don’t provide paint. Is there minor scuffs on the wall? If so that is a normal process we would TU on a move out.
